On 25th November, DCH Construction joined colleagues and partners at the prestigious Inside Housing Development Awards 2025, held at the InterContinental O2, London. The annual ceremony recognises the UK’s outstanding residential developments and highlights innovation, resilience, and collaboration across the housing sector. It’s all about delivering sustainable, affordable homes that transform communities.

Representing DCH were Director Steve Last, Estimator Neil Coy, Site Manager Ray Stace, Annette Lucas (Senior Contracts Administrator), Felicity Suttling (Contracts Administrator), and former Director Mark Kennedy with his partner. Our team were joined by collaborators from The Design Partnership, Director Tony Welland and Associate Director Ben Mitchell, along with Chris Barton, Director of Tiptree Building Supplies.

The evening was enjoyed by all. Guests shared a lovely meal before being surprised by secret singers who appeared in true flash‑mob style, standing on chairs to serenade the crowd, filling the room with laughter, applause, creating a joyful atmosphere that perfectly matched the spirit of the awards.
