DCH Construction has received a nomination for the Sustainability award at the Constructing Excellence Essex Club Awards 2026. The entry submitted was for our Passivhaus Plus project, Hayrick completed in partnership with Stanley Bragg Architects. In addition to information about the project, as part of our written submission we had to demonstrate how DCH consistently works to reduce our environmental impact. The judges said the following about our award application:
"Your entry stood out for its quality, impact, and contribution to excellence within the built environment"
DCH is proud to be a member of our local Constructing Excellence group, and it's great to see the hard work of local companies celebrated. All CEEC awards will be presented at Braxted Park on the 15th of April, and we wish our fellow nominees the best of luck!
