We are delighted to share that Ryan Chidley, Construction Manager at DCH Construction, has officially graduated with a Bachelor of Science with 2:1 in Construction Management (Site Management) from the University of East Anglia. Ryan studied at local institute University Centre Colchester. Funding assistance for Ryan’s course was provided by the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB), of which DCH Construction is a proud member.
Ryan’s studies covered the core principles of construction processes and management techniques, in-depth building technology and environmental sustainability, practical surveying methods, and CAD-based construction design. He also investigated sustainable design principles and supply chain management, before applying his skills in industry work-based modules that mirror real-world site management challenges.
Ryan’s commitment to balancing full-time work with part-time study has been truly inspiring. His academic achievement underscores our belief that ongoing learning elevates both individual careers and the collective strength of DCH.
