DCH Construction have completed the design and construction of 26 flats in three blocks for Essex Housing. This includes 18 flats for private sale, and seven for adults with low-dependency needs (plus an additional flat for a carer). The flats are situated in the Moulsham Lodge area of Chelmsford.
The site has been shortlisted in the Planning Excellence category at the RTPI East of England Awards for Planning Excellence.
